Happy Friday friends! This week the BlogHer Events team was in Chicago (brrrr) planning for BlogHer '13, and what a conference we have in store for you.
First and foremost we have announced our preliminary agenda, including Pathfinder, HealthMinder and our newest addition, Viewfinder. But, that's not all: We announced the opening of Room of Your Own (ROYO).
ROYO is quite simply another way to personalize your conference experience. The sessions are your ideas: You make them happen and the community benefits. The submission process is open now and closes on January 31, 2013, so do not delay. submit your idea today!
You must be a registered attendee to be part of the ROYO process, so make sure to register today.
And while we were away in Chicago, Jenna was busy interviewing more BlogHer Food speakers. This week she talked to the speakers behind our Beyond Facebook & Twitter panel and asked this question:
"Social media as a whole can be big and scary to a food blogger just starting out? What's one piece of advice -- which platform, how much, how often, etc -- you can offer these newbies as they begin to make sense of it all. You know, as a teaser to get people to attend your panel!"

To read how Ben Rhau, Marla Meridith, and Kathy Strahs answered that question, check out Jenna's post.
