The South Carolina presidential primary takes place Saturday, January 21, 2012. A lot has changed in the GOP race since New Hampshire, no?
Jon Huntsman and Rick Perry dropped out. Newt Gingrich blasting the media during last night's debate after his ex-wife claimed he sought an open marriage -- though nobody seems to be addressing the crucial issue of education. And today there are reports that Romney may not have won the Iowa caucus after all. That's not to mention ersatz (or is he?) candidate Stephen Colbert teaming up with Herman Cain (who's out of the race but still on the ballot). It all promises to be ... interesting.
